Sonic Job Interview Tips

Keep in mind the company is looking for employees who work (and think) quickly, so expect some on-the-spot questions. Other than that, here are some other general rules:

Keep the daily and hourly flow of customers in mind
If delivering your application in person, do so during a slower time of the day rather than during typically busy times like the noon lunch hour. It is possible that a manager will have time for an interview during non-peak times.

Always be prepared
Deliver your application when you have time for a possible on-the-spot interview. You don’t want to turn down the opportunity to speak with someone because you are rushing to another location. This could become a missed opportunity. While a conversation with a hiring manager will focus on the specific job details, also think about how you will answer other Sonic interview questions about your personality.

Look presentable
Being a casual environment, casual clothing can be worn to a Sonic job interview. However, you still need to have a clean and neat outfit and be well-groomed!

Ask questions, too
Come prepared with your own questions for the Sonic interview to get an idea on what it would be like to work there. For example, ask about the number of hours available for scheduling and the hourly pay.
