  3. Start the job application process. You will need to allow at least 45 minutes to complete your Target job application. If you cannot complete your application at that time, the system will save your information and allow you to log back in within 96 hours to complete the application process. When filling out your application keep in mind that you must be able to start working for Target within 60 days of your application being received.
